The goal of Because You Served is to give back to veterans through real estate marketing transactions. With Because You Served offers those who had valiantly fought for our freedom the opportunity to list their property for free. Using Because You Served veterans save three percent on their closing costs every time they move.

To make the concept sustainable and profitable, Because You Served secures qualified sponsors that provide services typically needed during a move. Because You Served sponsored services include realtors, home warranty providers, mortgages, insurance providers, movers, home stagers, photographers, and much more.

Launched in the spring of 2015, Because You Served provides a valuable benefit to military veterans, including free real estate listings and other targeted services needed by home sellers and buyers.
